2026 Biohacking Unlocked: Wellness Brands & Products to Love ❤️

It is easy to feel overwhelmed with all the health advice in the wellness space these days. The influencer space is larger than ever from social media, to podcast hosts, to true medical experts, and more. We are getting sold to at every turn and the algorithms are set up to keep feeding the information to us. At times, you don't know whom to listen to or whom to trust.

I personally find that some of my favorite wellness products or brands I use, a friend or someone I respect and trust has told me about it.

As we move into the gift-giving season and the wellness craze of the impending New Year, I put together some of the actual products I have personally vetted and truly use in my everyday life.

Fractal Forest Earth Tek Tinctures for Optimal Health and Biohacking

From their slick website, to the elevated packaging, to the products themselves - Fractal Forest quality is simply unmatched. You know when you see or experience a product that you just know is top-notch? Like the difference between store and homemade pasta... then the difference between homemade pasta and homemade pasta from Italy from granny's secret recipe? Yeah, that kind of quality. Fractal Forest is a biohacking, superfood, earth tek company that responsibly sources their products directly from the most premium source. What is "earth tek" you may ask? It is borrowing from technology from the earth: plants, mountains, and animals; a different kind of earth medicine. All the products I have tried from them are just the chef's kiss.

Shilajit: Shilajit is a sustainable energy source filled with 84 wide spectrum minerals. It is great for performance and cognative function. I like to take it in the morning and I feel it gives me sustained energy throughout the day. I use the Himilayan Shilajit Resin, which, I started with the Himilayan Shilajit Drops, and to be honest, I like both the resin & the drops for different reasons. The drops are easier to take, have less mess, and can be taken on the go. However, I love the resin because I feel like the potency is turned up a notch and I can literally taste the Earth's robust minerals, like it is infused with the wisdom of the mountain. <- I am not kidding. It is potent. For the drops, you can just drop into water, but for the resin, it is best to drop it in warm water for it to dissolve.

Methylene Blue: This guy helps me focus on the task at hand, gives a bump of energy, and maybe it is a placebo effect, but I swear it puts me in the best mood. I like to take this 30 minutes before either a workout or sitting down to work. They recommend to cycle to prevent tolerance. I would just take their recommendation on this. They are the experts.

Speaking of experts, in my research, I have found some articles mentioning methylene blue can interact with some psychiatric medications. As a general rule, before you start any new product like this, it is a good idea to consult a doctor or getting more familiar with any potential complications.

Word of the wise - the methylene blue will stain everything. Even glass. But, again, just a testament to the high quality in that you are not getting any watered down crap. If you're wondering if it stains anything else, yup, you guessed it, your pee will be a blueish green, too!

Frankincense Drops: Their formula is a combination of five rare Boswellia resin, which is the same as frankincense from the Boswellia tree. The first time I dropped these under my tongue, it was so robust and powerful, I think a tear formed in the corner of my eye. Fast forward to an empty vile, I was like a feign tipping the bottle upside down trying to get the last drops out of it. I was legit in withdraw until my re-order came. One of the main aspects of frankincense is to help with inflammation, followed by it's grounding qualities. I am very active lifting weights, practice yoga several times a week, and do a host of other physical activities. I have little to no cartilage in both my knees and inflammation is both felt and seen. I swear when I take these drops, the inflammation decreases and pain is less. I kind of feel like the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz lubricating my joints, only from the inside, out. Even if it is just in my mind, when I take the frankincense just before my workout, my joints are less cranky and my recovery feels easier. I also love to take some drops under my tongue before I do any meditation or breathwork practice to ground me and open up. I am guilty to also use it multiple times throughout the day just because.

Blue Lotus Flower: For those that know me, I talk about my dreams often. I am a dreamer. And my dreams are heavy, dynamic, and sometimes crazy. I am a little obsessed with my dreams, the dream state, dream interpretation, and eager to tap into the lucid state and maybe, just maybe, one day get to the astral realm. Blue lotus is said to stimulate the dream state and aid in a more restful sleep. It is a lovely evening ritual to steep the flower in hot water & watch the flower seeming come back to life. The taste is mild but the experience is rich.

When you check out their website, it is teeming with information. Their product offering is so unique and like nothing I have ever seen. There are so many products I want to try from Fractal Forest. What I know is that any product from them is going to exceed my expectations and be a great addition to my daily medicine bag. Don't sleep on at least checking it out!

LumiVitae Hydrogen Water Bottle with Purple Chromotherapy

I have been using my LumiVitae hydrogen water bottle for over a year now. Even my 79 year old mom, who is a skeptic of things like this, has one and uses it daily. There is so much science emerging on the benefits of hydrogen water, but the key ones that move the needle for me are to help reduce inflammation, aid in faster recovery, and help with energy & metabolism. If you are seeing a trend here around with my focus on reducing inflammation and aiding in energy - you would be correct. This is because almost all health ailments have a root cause linked and/or caused by inflammation. As for energy, who doesn't want to maximize their circadian rhythm to energetically wake up and have steady energy throughout their days followed by deep, restful, restorative sleep at night for 7-9 hours? The bottles also feature seven chromotherapy options that can help balance your physical, emotional, and mental state. My favorite colors to infuse my water with are purple (shown here) or green. Even if that feels a bit "woo-woo", who cares, it's fun! While these bottles aren't cheap, to me, the value is there. With how much I use my bottle, it comes out to pennies with every use. They are on sale right now for December, which, I have never seen them do a sale, but they are making way for the new bottles coming in 2026, which I am dying for. I will put the new bottle on my Christmas Wish List in the Halo color (wink wink). Of course you can find other hydrogen bottles for way cheaper out there, but I do think that this is one of those instances if you are going to "invest" in a wellness trend, you ultimately get out of the investment what you put into it. What I do know is that the executive team behind this product are top scientists and parts of this water bottles technology cost well over $100. Besides... aren't you worth it?

Momentous Creatine Monohydrate Nutrition Supplement for Muscle Perfomance & Cognitive Function

Maybe it is just where I am at in life, or my algorithms, but all I heard about in 2025 was creatine and how important it was for, well, pretty much everyone. Once upon a time, it was just for athletes or gym goers. Even then, it was heavily catered towards the male demographic. PSA for you... in case you haven't heard, if you are a woman in her pre-perimenopause or in perimenopause years, it is a must that you take it!

Fast forward to recent years and every health and wellness doctor, podcaster, influencer, etc. is talking about creatine and the benefits of it. The main benefits that you may be most familiar hearing about are around muscle strength, growth, and recovery. The newer studies that are getting a lot of air play are the cognitive aspects, hormonal support, and overall aiding in healthy aging. And did you know that creatine is the most studied supplement ever?

I have recently gotten back into lifting weights, and have found that yes, it does in fact make a difference in my workouts, the intensity I can sustain, the amount of muscle growth I am seeing, and my recovery times. Do I feel sharper and smarter mentally? Can't say that I have noticed a change there, but I was already pretty on my toes with my wit - wink wink. When I hopped on the creatine train, I tried several brands before I landed on Momentous. When I found them, it just made sense. It was the most backed and most widely used by a slew of collegiate & professional teams - literally every single one of them. They are They use Creapure direclty from the source in Germany and rigorously third party test to be NSF certified.

Some pro tips for you:

  • Creatine monohydrate is best

  • It is best absorbed in the body when it is dissolved in warm water (there is truly zero taste, while other brands I tried I felt like the had a mild taste and was more gritty)

  • Must take daily to see results (they say it does not matter what time of day you take it, just that you take it consistently)

  • It takes about three weeks to begin to reap the benefits

Shaklee Collagen with nine essential amino acids for hair, nail, and skin health

Noticing a theme here? Yes, I am trying to age gracefully and navigate various changes happening in my body. I have heard some horrifying statistics around how much our collagen depletes as we age. Something like beginning in our mid-20s, collagen declines at a rate of 1% annually. And guess what? You guessed it - it's worse for women. Going down the rabbit hole of information, I read that in menopause, women lose 30% of our collagen in the first five years. Fun! Then, about nine months ago, I had the pleasure (not!) of beginning to see "symptoms" in my own body - and I did not like it one bit. My hair was falling out in clumps, my nails became brittle, and my skin was dull and losing its elasticity. Not to mention my joints, especially my knee joints, were getting more cranky by the day. Ugh. I eat a whole foods diet and try to boost collagen in other ways like with bone broth, but I needed something more, and fast. I did my research and found that most collagen products on the market are bogus and you must have all nine essential amino acids to get the benefits of the product. There are very few brands that meet this. Shaklee has been around for decades and their products are incredibly science backed, so that is the brand I went with with the Collagen-9. In recent months, I have had less hair falling out, I am seeing baby hairs coming in, my nails are splitting less and growing faster. I add it to my protein shake or smoothie and there is no taste. To be honest, it might be a little gritty, but could be the protein powder, too. Either way, it is nothing that takes away from the benefit of having healthy hair, nails & skin!

I am an ambassador for Shaklee. If you have any questions about the Collagen-9, any other product, or want to become an ambassador yourself, send me a message at information@moveyourwellness.com.

Weighted Vest Walking with 40 pound vest

No, I am not a SWAT or ICE officer, although it certainly looks like I am part of some detail. This is yet another wellness trend that has gained popularity in 2025; weighted vests, or rucking. I simply can't run anymore but I need more than getting basic 10,000 steps in. I did my research and decided it was worth a try. And you know what? I love it.

The "experts" recommend that you wear a vest that is 10-15% of your body weight. That seemed too light for me, so I opted for the 40 pound vest. Each weight is roughly five pounds, so you can add or remove weight to meet your needs. I started with the full 40 and it was working for me, so I just went with it. Those same "experts" recommend that when working with the weighted vest, you focus on increasing one aspect; increasing distance, increasing weight, or adding in incline. Since I was at the max weight, I opted to focus on distance and adding in "incline". I live in a relatively flat area, but what I do have access to is stairs. Every so often I would incorporate the stairs for as long as my knees could tolerate.

When purchasing the vest, you can opt for shoulder pads or not. I read the reviews and they all mentioned that they do make a difference. I took their advice and I am happy that I did. I also wear it around the house while cooking or doing chores from time to time. I figure, why not? However, another heads up...I did step on a pebble and sprained my ankle pretty good. Wouldn't you know, it was my "good" ankle. The extra 40 pounds on my body was also an extra 40 pounds on my ankle joint. Whomp whomp. I have since fully recovered and back to rocking my vest, only now I am much more mindful and present when walking, which, isn't a bad thing at all! I made a little video on my Instagram about it. Check it out for a fun moment!

Gaia Herbs Oil of Oregano Antimicrobial Supplement for natural antibiotic use and optimal gut health

My old narrative was, I got sick easily & often. In recent years, I have actively worked to shift that through fasting to reset my immune system, focused on my gut health (~70% of our immune system resides in our gut), shifted to an even more whole foods diet, and when I did get sick, I try my hardest to not take an antibiotics. One of the standout items in my holistic medicine bag when I feel something coming on is the Gaia Oil of Oregano. I learned about this product from a naturopathic doctor that was giving me an IV for a raging case of strep throat a couple years ago. She informed me that it is antimicrobial, and thought to be a "natural antibiotic". There is a slew of other said benefits and things it can be taken for, but for the intent of my share, I am focused on how I take it, which is to fight colds and viruses. When I feel the slightest symptom of a cold show, I start to crank the Oil of Oregano in conjunction with a few other natural remedies. Truthfully, the amount I take is obscene (whoops!), but, it works. Some people say if you have a sensitive tummy, to be careful, and taking it too often can have opposite effects on your gut and the gut biome. I don't have a sensitive stomach nor do I take it for prolonged amounts of time, so I am personally not concerned or impacted by this. After taking it, you definitely might have a fragrance about you, especially if a burp happens to slip out. I will take that over getting sick any day! While sometimes it might not ward off the germs entirely, if I do end up catching a little something, the duration and the intensity are definitely way less. I also take it as a preventative if I have some travel or an event coming up that will put me in a high-risk place for exchange of germs. I have not taken an antibiotic in quite some time and I am pleased with my efforts to be as natural as possible. I feel I owe a lot of that to the Oil of Oregano!

barriere transdermal tattoo vitamin patch

Some of the products that are out there are just plain cool, and this is one of them. Barriere is vitamins in a transdermal sticker, leaning on similar technology to nicotine and birth control patches. Not only do the vitamins come in fun "tattoo" inspired designs, but you get up to 10x's the vitamin absorption compared to taking it orally. I don't have problems taking pills, but I have to say, it is not my favorite. But you know what is? Slapping on a transdermal patch! I don't know why, it is just fun. If I were a parent, this is definitely the route I would go instead of gummies or Flintstone's filled with all kinds of who knows what. I use Barriere's Biotin and NAD+ for skin and hair health and their Everyday Defense for immunity (I only use this as a preventative like when I am going to travel or be in close proximity to germs). They have an entire army of patches for both adults and kids. There are all plethora of benefits to the vitamin patches that are not my expertise to share, so if this has piqued your curiosity, I encourage you to check out their "Science" section on their website. Happy sticking!

I truly hope that you find some of these wellness products can be optimal for your health to biohack your way into 2026 and beyond. I am always curious about learning what products, brands, and things others are using. If anything comes to mind, please share! I would love to hear what you're loving and works for you. After all, sharing is caring!

HAHA, you are right about that methylene blue staining....and green pee. Had to learn those the hard way.

I'd be curious how and when you take all these different supplements. You mentioned a few just at certain times, but I find it so overwhelming to remember how and when to take everything throughout the day. BTW, since you asked....my two go-to wellness items are organic psyllium husk and magnesium for overall gut and brain health. Obviously, not taken together! I definitely notice less bloating, brain fog, sleepless/restless nights, and better skin when I make sure to take both.

Thanks so much for your comment, Nicole! Loved reading your wellness "go-to" items! The supplements I featured in the article are just a few of the many supplements I take on a daily basis. Like you, I also take a daily magnesium at dinnertime to optimize my sleep. Despite the sleep expert Dr Matthew Walker on the recent DOAC (Diary of a CEO) podcast stating there is not compelling evidence that magnesium helps with sleep, I truly do experience better quality & duration of sleep when I take my BIOptimizer Magnesium Breakthrough daily at dinner.

In regards to when I take the supplements mentioned, I take the Shilajit and Methylene Blue in the morning with hydrogen water from my LumiVitae…
