2026 Yoga Summer Series

Yoga on the Bluff
Lexington Heights | Lakeview & Worth
Saturday & Sunday 8:00 - 9:15am*
Suggested Donation $15, drop-in welcome
Yoga means "to join", or "to unite". This summer, you are invited to jumpstart the weekend mornings by uniting as a community to move our bodies to connect with ourselves and with one another. There is no better way to nestle into the serene lake life than a yoga class in nature overlooking Lake Huron.

This 75-minute hatha yoga class welcomes all levels and is centered around connecting the breath with the movement of the body in a slower-paced flow. Asana (posture) variations & progressions are offered to honor where you are at in your body & yoga journey. Having said that, I love to help encourage you to move beyond your comfort zone! Most classes also incorporate pranayama (breath practices) and/or guided meditation.

Pre-registration is not required but appreciated.
*There are some Saturday's & Sunday's that there will not be class. Please check the Pre-Register link for the most up-to-date calendar.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in as we will begin promptly at 8am. For your safety and the respect of other attendees, late arrival is not permitted for instruction. If it is your first class, you will be required to fill out a standard liability release. Please allow extra time for this.
Thank you in advance for this courtesy.

Hi, I'm Kirstyn!
Hello, neighbor! Nice to meet you here! I am a native Michigander, growing up nearby in Fort Gratiot. Michigan has a funny way to pull us back to our roots, and I have landed here for the summer to spend time with my family. No matter where I travel, my mission stays the same. My goal is to connect with people, share uplifting experiences that have the possibility to change their lives, and connect with & be in nature. I am looking forward to meeting more of my neighbors and hopefully making a positive, lasting impact in your life!
